1. Booking & Payment

• Full payment required to confirm booking
• Prices in EUR, inclusive of 3 drinks
• Payment processed securely via Stripe
• Booking confirmation sent via email

2. Age Requirement

Minimum age: 18 years. Valid ID required at tour start.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours before tour
• 50% refund if cancelled 24-48 hours before tour
• No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before
• No refund for no-shows or late arrivals

4. Tour Rules

• Maximum 15 participants per tour
• Respectful behavior required
• Guide's instructions must be followed
• We reserve right to refuse service

5. Liability

We are not liable for:

• Personal injury unless caused by negligence
• Lost or stolen personal items
• Changes due to weather or unforeseen events
• Alcohol consumption beyond reasonable limits

6. Changes & Cancellations by Us

We may cancel tours due to:

• Insufficient participants (full refund)
• Bad weather (reschedule or refund)
• Guide illness (reschedule or refund)
